OVER 18s: This is a strictly over 18’s event.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy on the door and bars. Everyone must present a valid ID when they arrive. The only accepted forms of ID are a valid, in date, passports and UK driving licenses with a photograph or proof of age cards bearing the ‘PASS’ mark hologram.
 
 
Please arrive early to avoid peak time queues.

There is one main entrance which then splits into standard and VIP queues, please ask a steward on arrival to make sure you are in the correct queue.

There is strictly no re-admission on the day.

There is a no search no entry policy in place so please expect a thorough and strict search as a condition of entry. There will also be drug detection dogs at the search area.

No bags larger than A4 size will be permitted on site. All bags will be searched thoroughly.
 
 
No glass is allowed on site.

Pressurised gas canisters and legal highs are strictly prohibited on site.

Anyone found with these items will have them confiscated and may be refused entry. Anything that could cause harm is strictly prohibited. A second search in the presence of the police will result from the discovery of any prohibited items.

You cannot bring any liquids into the venue, this includes eye drops & nose sprays, perfume, water bottles etc.

However you are allowed to bring sun cream under 100ml and this must be sprayed on your person on entry and also hand sanitiser, this also must be used on your person on entry.

You are allowed to bring prescribed medication on site when accompanied by a doctor’s note or valid medical certificate.
 
 
If at any point during the event you feel unwell, speak to medical personnel onsite for further assessment at the Medic Tent. This is located near the main entrance. Our qualified team are there to help you, whether you or any of your friends feel unwell, or even just need to chill out. Please look out for yourselves, your friends and your fellow festival goers.
 
 
If you have any concerns, questions or need any assistance while at the festival please head to the information point which will be located opposite the main entrance.
 
 
Please note that 90% of the bars are contactless and chip and pin. There will be one cash bar in the general admission area. Free water points are available on the site.
 
 
There is a great variety of food outlets on site including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. The food village can be found at the opposite end of the site to the main stage. The food caterers will accept cash and card / contactless
 
 
There is a great variety of stalls on site including Facepaint & glitter, festival headwear, Vape & Shisha plus stalls from our local charity partners. The stalls will accept cash and card / contactless.
 
 
There will be free water points throughout the site.
 
 
These can be found opposite the main entrance.
 
 
The car park location is the field opposite Hendon Rugby Club behind Kwik Fit on Greenlands Lane: Greenlands Lane, London NW4 1PS

Arrival: You must enter the car park off Great North Road onto Greenlands Lane

Exit: You must exit the car park by turning left onto Greenlands Lane and leaving via via Champions Way and Page Street as there is a one-way system in place.

Car park tickets are available in advance from www.51stfestival.com and on the day by card only.

Please note that no cars or taxis will be allowed to enter Greenlands Lane unless they are parking at the customer car park on Greenlands Lane.
 
 
There is a dedicated taxi rank for drop offs and collections, this will be sign-posted on the day of the event.

The location is Power League Mill Hill 31 Pursley Rd London NW7 2BB

The taxi and lift drop off point is a 5 minutes walk to the festival entrance on Champions Way. There will be plenty of signs and stewards to guide you to the festival entrance.

Please note that no cars or taxis will be allowed to enter Champions Way or Greenlands Lane unless they are parking at the customer car park on Greenlands Lane.
 
 
The nearest tube station is Mill Hill East (Northern Line) which is a 20 minutes walk away from the festival site or a 7 minutes taxi ride.

The nearest train station is Mill Hill Broadway which is a 25 minutes walk away from the festival site or a 5 minutes taxi ride.

The shuttle bus drop off point is Copthall Leisure Centre bus stop on Pursley Way NW7 2BS which is a 5 minute walk to the festival entrance on Champions Way. There will be plenty of signs and stewards to guide you to the festival entrance.

The shuttle buses will leave for Mill Hill East & Mill Hill Broadway from the same drop off point: Copthall Leisure Centre bus stop on Pursley Way NW7 2BS

The shuttle buses will leave every 30 minutes between 8PM and 11PM. You must have a valid return shuttle ticket to board the shuttle bus.

Please note that no shuttle bus tickets will be available on the day
 
 
Please be aware that there are strict road closures and event day parking restriction in operation in the surrounding areas which only allow access to local residents. Traffic enforcement will be in full operation on the day and cars will be towed!

Please follow the signs for 51st Festival and enter the festival site via Champions Way as the main entrance is the path up the middle of Copthall Playing Fields coming from Champions Way. The map below shows the walking routes from the car park, taxi drop off and shuttle drop off points.
 
 
We are so grateful to have been allowed to host 51st Festival in the perfect surroundings of Copthall Playing Fields. Please be respectful to our neighbours to ensure we do not impact our lovely residents and we get to return
 
 
For egress there will be clear signage directing attendees to the shuttle pick up point, taxi pick-up location and the customer car park.

The taxi and car pick up point is Power League Mill Hill 31 Pursley Rd London NW7 2BB

The shuttle buses will leave for Mill Hill East & Mill Hill Broadway from Copthall Leisure Centre bus stop on Pursley Way NW7 2BS

The shuttle buses will leave every 30 minutes between 8PM and 11PM. You must have a valid return shuttle ticket to board the shuttle bus. No shuttle bus tickets will be available on the day.

For those leaving the car park on Greenlands Lane, please note there is a one-way system in place so you must turn left when you exit the car park and leave via Champions Way and Page Street.
